2010
Aslan was appointed the Master Developer for the Huntsville Housing Authority’s new project, Gateway Place. The 86 unit project located in Huntsville, Alabama, will target individuals above 65 years of age, will be LEED certified. This project will be a showcase for the Huntsville Housing Authority’s plans for senior living.

In 2009, Aslan developed two new affordable housing projects:

Caspian Hills, located in Fairview, Tennessee, is an 88 unit town home style project which will cater to families. The town home style and numerous amenities give the community a town square feel. Caspian Hills will also offer the option for residents to purchase their town home unit at the end of the tax credit compliance period.
Hallmark Trusdale, located in Lugoff, South Carolina, is a 64 unit garden style community which will also be family orientated.
Both communities will begin lease-up in the first quarter of 2010.
